Aduke Onafowokan

Aduke Onafowokan is an international renowned expert on diversity, intersectionality, and inclusive leadership. She has empowered thousands of business women while working with several FTSE 100 (The Financial Times Stock Exchange 100 Index) companies and partnered with organisations such as The U.N. Foundation, UNICEF, Oxford University and more, to develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies.

With a background in Law and expertise from INSEAD, Yale and the University of Oxford, Aduke is also a social entrepreneur who has supported over 10,000 women globally through her leadership for women organisation The Sister Sister Network.


She is the CEO of Inclusivitii, a diversity and inclusion organisation that has educated and inspired thousands of workforce on inclusive leadership and diversity in the workplace across the globe. Recently, Aduke also launched The Sister Sister Network Africa to accelerate innovative leadership and gender equality in one of the world’s largest continents.

Aduke was recognised as one of the 145 Inspiring Women Leaders 2020 by DiverseIn (a renowned media platform that focuses on global diversity and inclusion) alongside leaders like Michelle Obama and Melinda Gates. She was also nominated for the Yahoo Finance HERoes Role Model List 2020.
