If you're unexpectedly unable to attend the seminar, a colleague can replace you free of charge. Please inform us before the event takes place. If you let a colleague take your place. Please contact email@example.com.
Cancellation is possible by email up until three weeks before the start of the seminar. Only written cancellations are accepted. Note: an unpaid invoice is not considered a cancellation. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail within 48 hours. An amount of €150,- will be charged as cancellation costs. If you cancel within the 3 weeks before the seminar, the full amount of your ticket will be charged.
