This is how it works. Below you find all the info you need to have. In ‘how to’ language.

1. Where can I watch the broadcast?

You will receive a link from DenkProducties. This link (password protected) will take you to our livestream website. From there, you can watch the entire broadcast and interact with our team and the speakers. No apps, no special platforms. Just watch it in your internet browser.

2. What device do I use?

We advise to use your laptop or computer. Tablets are OK to use and smartphones will do, but a laptop or computer will give you the best experience.

3. Can I test if this works?

Yes you can do that now. We have a test website:

If you see a video here and a Slido window, you are good to go!

4. What is the program schedule of this seminar?

As a digital attendee, you have live access to all sessions on:

- Main stage: all keynote talks

- Fireside stage: informal Q&A sessions with each speaker

5. Can I submit questions to the speakers?

Yes you can! We created the Fireside Stage especially for that. On Main Stage, all speakers will do their prepared talks. And on the Fireside Stage, they will answer questions from the audience. Both the audience on site as the digital audience. Our host will tell you how it works. We use Slido for it.

6. I can’t watch all talks live. Do I get access to the recordings?

Yes for sure! You will get 30 day access to the recordings of all Main Stage talks and Fireside Stage conversations. You will get an e-mail as soon as they are available. Probably 3 days after the seminar.

7. Can I watch this seminar with a group of colleagues?

We would really appreciate it if each of you buys a digital ticket.

8. Is the entire program English spoken?

Yes it is.

9. What if the stream doesn’t work?

Well first of all: the chances of this happening are super small. We are working with one of the best livestream companies in the country: Wearelive. They are super experienced and with a great team and great gear. We also have a live support team available that will help you if you have trouble accessing the stream.
