DenkProducties will join forces with one of the largest business seminar organizers in Europe, Nordic Business Forum Group. This combination of independent event producers will bring one of the leading annual leadership forums of the world to Amsterdam in 2022.

DENKPRODUCTIES JOINS FORCES WITH NORDIC BUSINESS FORUM GROUP

Today, on 9 April 2021, Nordic Business Forum Group and DenkProducties have agreed to a mutual participation. Nordic Business Forum Group acquired a substantial part of the shares in DenkProducties and Hans Janssen, founder and CEO of DenkProducties became an owner at Nordic Business Forum Group.

Nordic Business Forum is one of the leading organizers of business seminars in Europe. Their annual events in Helsinki and Oslo attract over 10.000 participants each year and bring the best leadership thinkers of the world to the stage. Jim Collins, Brené Brown, Simon Sinek, Ariana Huffington, Barack Obama, Yuval Harari and many others.

Nordic Business Forum and DenkProducties have known each other for many years. Already a few years ago, the first plan to join forces was drafted. This plan was temporarily put on hold at the beginning of the pandemic, but not for long. The founders of both companies believed in the potential and decided to use the current period to take a step forward. 

While continuing to develop their existing seminar portfolios, Nordic Business Forum Group and DenkProducties will start to build one of the leading annual business seminars in the world in Amsterdam. The first joint edition of the Amsterdam Business Forum will be held ion the last week of September in 2022.

While Nordic Business Forum can bring in a lot, there is also a significant deal of things in Hans’s and DenkProducties’ experience, which will help Oslo Business Forum and Nordic Business Forum grow on their markets,” says Hans-Peter Siefen, the co-founder of Nordic Business Forum.

Hans Janssen will continue as the entrepreneur of DenkProducties. He will keep on growing and innovating the current portfolio. Together with Nordic Business Forum, he will lead the development of Amsterdam Business Forum.
