Amy Edmondson, the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School, studies people and teams seeking to make a positive difference through the work they do.

Her latest book, The Fearless Organization: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation and Growth explores the culture of psychological safety and provides a blueprint for bringing it to life.
