So we had a real bad start at BrandMindsLive. As the official Dutch partner, you bought a ticket with us, so we want to take responsibility.
Basically: we have 2 options to compensate you for missing the first 3 hours of the conference.
The good news: all talks can still be watched at the Brella platform until November 1st, including the ones of Friday afternoon. The best rated speakers were: Neil Pasricha, Martin Lindstrom and Gary Vaynerchuk. But don't forget to watch the talks of Simon Sinek and Brené Brown. And so many others that were truly high quality.
However, we still want to take responsibility for the start of the event. And we will do that in an unorthodox and very trusting way: by giving you total control. We offer two alternatives: the revenge and the refund.

You booked a ticket at DenkProducties because you want to learn from the best. So we want to compensate in that style. We offer you to be our personal guest at one of the digital masterclasses (3-4 hours) we produce ourselves in the fall of this year.

Despite the fact that you can still access all the talks, we understand if wish to be compensated by a partial refund. In this, we have chosen to be totally open with you. You can decide which percentage refund you feel is appropriate to compensate you for the start of BrandMindsLive. We will refund you for this percentage of your choice. No questions asked.
